Mr. Holzman holds an MBA in Economics and a law degree from the University of Maryland as well as a bachelor’s degree in political science and policy making from the prestigious James Madison program at Michigan State University.

After law school, he served on the faculty at the University of Maryland, Center for Global Change before entering private practice.  Additionally, he has taught banking law and economics at the American Institute of Banking.

He has been litigating cases to the benefit of his clients since 1992.
